At OTAA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all neckties and accessories. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back into their original OTAA gift boxes and secure them in a mailing satchel to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest postal service branch or designated collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
